Qualification Structure.

This qualification includes Knowledge Modules (KMs), Practical Skill Modules (PMs), and Work Experience Modules (WMs) spanning six semesters. Modules cover professionalism, legal writing, dispute resolutions, labor law, wills and estates, and client consultations.

Graduates will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of South African legal systems, draft and review legal documents, conduct legal research, facilitate dispute resolution, and provide advice on legal rights and procedures.
